Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. You get full access to all features in your chosen tier so you can evaluate PerfectRecruit with real data before committing.

These are tracked as two separate limits. AI skill evaluations are full per-skill candidate analyses with 1-7 scoring and written reasoning — Basic includes 20/month, Pro includes 50/month. AI calls are the broader bucket that includes everything else: skill generation, resume parsing, outreach drafting, search query generation, career site matching, and journal analysis. Basic includes 50 AI calls/month, Pro includes 500. Skill evaluations also count against your AI call total. Viewing dashboards and managing roles do not consume either.

You'll see in-app notifications as you approach your AI skill evaluation limit and your AI call limit. Once either limit is reached, that capability pauses until the next billing cycle. You can upgrade your plan at any time to lift the limit immediately. All non-AI features continue to work normally.

Basic includes 1 user. Pro includes 3 users. Additional seats cost $75/seat on Basic and $49/seat on Pro. Enterprise pricing is custom and includes unlimited seats. Seats are prorated when added mid-cycle, so you only pay for what you use.

$99 per month per active AI Worker. Every worker gets a 7-day free trial when first deployed. Pause a worker anytime to stop billing at the next cycle; reactivate whenever you need it. Inference cost is bundled into the $99 seat with weekly throttle protection — no surprise AI bills. AI Workers are available on Pro and Enterprise plans (Org Chart is a prerequisite) and do not consume one of your plan's human user seats.

AI Workers occupy org chart positions with the tools and guardrails their SOPs authorize. Built-in tools include Gmail (send + read), Google Calendar (read availability + write events with manager approval), database read, knowledge base search (per-worker RAG over your uploaded documents), and web fetch. Every AI Worker runs under mandatory guardrails (scope validation, content safety, auto-disclosure footer on outbound email) and routes risky actions through the Approval Queue. The AI Recruitment Coordinator template ships in-product — it handles scheduling, follow-ups, and scorecard chasing out of the box; custom workers can be built for any rules-based position.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. There are no contracts or cancellation fees on any plan.

All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use row-level security to ensure strict multi-tenant isolation, meaning Org A's data is never accessible to Org B. Enterprise plans add SSO, audit logs, and a dedicated security SLA.

No. Candidates apply directly through your AI-powered career site without creating an account. Their applications are matched and scored automatically. Anonymized screening is available on Enterprise plans.
