The Problem

Off-the-shelf AI tools answer from general knowledge. They don\u2019t know your interview process, your company benefits, or your hiring criteria. Custom GPT uploads are a workaround \u2014 but they\u2019re per-user, not per-role, with no audit of which document was used in which response. Agents either make up answers or escalate everything. Either way, the manager loses trust.

How It Works

Upload Documents

PDFs, markdown, text files. Each document is parsed, chunked, and embedded — scoped to this specific AI worker.

AI Chunks + Embeds

Documents are stored in vector form for fast retrieval. Scoped to the single worker, not org-wide, so answers stay on-topic.

Worker Queries the KB During Runs

When the worker takes an action that needs knowledge, it calls the kb:search tool via RAG and adds relevant chunks to the prompt context.

AI Cites the Source

Responses include citations — which document, which chunk, what the source said. Manager can verify accuracy by clicking through.

Re-upload to update. The AI’s responses reflect the latest version. Old uploads are versioned for audit.

Every KB upload is logged in the worker’s Activity History. Manager can track which document was active for which response.
